Upon a query from this Court as to who are the legal heirs of the said Defendant no.11, Mr.Loya submits that as can be seen from the avk 1/2

23-IA-4017-2025.doc schedule at pages 13 and 14, the legal heirs of the Defendant no.11 are already Defendants no.12 to 16.

When a query is put as to the Advocate appearing for the Defendants no.12 to 16, none appears.

Accordingly, this Court directs notice to be issued to the Defendants no.12 to 16 returnable on 26th August 2025. 5.
