The present Interim Application seeks to expedite the hearing of Suit No. 471 of 2012. The present Suit is filed by the Applicant/Plaintiff, who seeks administration and partition of the estate of her late father on the basis of intestacy. However, pending the present Suit, it appears that Probate Petition bearing No. 802 of 2014 came to be filed, seeking probate of the last Will and Testament of the deceased.

In this Testamentary Petition, pursuant to a Caveat being filed by the Plaintiff herein, the same has been converted into Testamentary Suit No. ------------------------------------- Order dated 9th February 2026

28-A. IA 4064.2025 Shashi Dwivedi vs. Premavati Gupta 72 of 2017. Accordingly, this Testamentary Suit is required to be heard and decided prior to the present Suit.

Considering this, the present Interim Application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
