It is observed that the Execution Application is still on lodging number. Let office objections be removed and registered number be obtained within a period of two weeks, failing which the Execution Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 3.

Mr. Chopda, Officer on Special Duty, Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, present in Court, also seeks some more time to furnish Court Receiver's Report after having taken possession of the subject property.

Subject to the above, let the Interim Applications also be served upon the Court Receiver.

After the Court Receiver's Report is prepared, let the said report also be furnished to all the stakeholders. 6.
