Learned counsel for the Petitioner in the aforesaid Petition has no objection if the Application is allowed, though according to him the Applicant is not a necessary and proper party. He states that he is giving his no objection, as he wants the Petition to be heard expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid, the Interim Application is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner to implead the Applicant as party Respondent No.10. The said amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.
