Mr. Varma also seeks some time to consider the Interim Application No. 4232 of 2025 and if necessary to file reply. 3.
Having heard the learned Counsel, this Court is of the view that some time can be granted to the Advocate for the Defendant to consider the position with regard to the evidence filed on behalf of the Defendant also as regards Interim Application. 4.
Let reply be filed within a period of two weeks, with copy to the other side. Rejoinder, be filed, within a period of two weeks thereafter, with copy to the other side.
