Pursuant to the last order, the Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Plaintiff submits that the Applicant/Plaintiff shall lodge its claim with the official liquidator. He only requests that the same be expedited given that the amount of Rs 23 lacs were deposited way back in the year 2014 and thus, submits that the adjudication of the claim be expedited. Mr. Moorjani doesnot dispute that the amounts were deposited in the year 2014 but only points out that the decree under which the Applicant/Plaintiff is claiming, is dated 7 th April 2014. Mr. Moorjani, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the official liquidator assures the court that the claim will be adjudicated within a period of 6 weeks after it is Meera Jadhav
