By this Interim Application, the original Petitioners in disposed of Writ Petition has sought for direction to the D.R.T.-III, SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Mumbai to expedite hearing of the Securtisation Application No. 175 Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:
2025.11.10 18:43:48 +0530 of 2024 within a reasonable time bound period of one month. 2.
By an order dated 28th February 2025, this Court had 1/3
disposed of the Writ Petition by keeping it open for the Petitioners to make request before the learned Presiding Officer, to take up the matter expeditiously. If such request was made, the same was to be considered in accordance with law. All merits of the Petition were kept open.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that pursuant to the said order dated 28th February 2025, the Applicant had filed the Interim Application No. 887 of 2025 in Securtisation Application No. 175 of 2024 before the D.R.T.-III, wherein prayer was made for the Tribunal to allow the Application and expedite the hearing of the Securtisation Application No. 175 of 2024.

The D.R.T.-III, Mumbai has not considered the Interim Application No. 887 of 2025 expeditiously and placed it for hearing in May, 2026.

In view thereof, we direct the D.R.T.-III, Mumbai to dispose of the Interim Application No. 887 of 2025 in Securtization Application No. 175 of 2024 filed by the Petitioners within a period 2/3
of four weeks from today.
