When the matter is called out, Ms.Apurva Mehta, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that she has perused the report dated 16th December 2025 of the Commissioner appointed by this Court and other than the issue with respect to the Power of Attorney of Plaintiff no.2, there is an issue of discrepancy with respect ARTI VILAS KHATATE to the amount of the claim and particulars of claim by 2 dollars and that the other documents are in order.

As regards the issue with respect to the discrepancy of the amount, Ms.Mehta submits that the final amount is correct. That this Court may consider the final amount.

As regards the issue with respect to the Power of Attorney, Ms.Mehta submits that this Court may grant some time to take instructions on the same, however, submitting that the costs of the Commissioner be quantified.

The costs of the Commissioner is quantified at Rs.20,000/-. Let the same be paid within a period of two weeks. 5.
