This is an Application for bringing on record the heirs of deceased-Respondent No.2. The case of the Applicants is that the 1/3
deceased-Respondent No.2 died on 15/08/2024 at Oyster Pay Town, County of Nassau, State of New York, U.S.A. Since the Respondent No.2 died in USA, the Applicant was not aware of the Death Certificate as well as the legal heirs of the Respondent No.2. The Applicant after getting the information has filed the present Application. For the reasons mentioned in the Application and also for the reasons that none of the Respondents are opposing the present Application, the present Interim Application No. 4367 of 2025 is allowed.

The delay caused in preferring the present Interim Application is condoned, the abatement of the Appeal against the deceasedRespondent No.2 is set aside. The names of the persons shown as proposed Respondents in Schedule be permitted to be brought on record.

The Applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in the Appeal memo. The amendment to be carried out within a period of 2/3
three weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.
Accordingly, Interim Application No. 4367 of 2025 is disposed of.
