Present Interim Application has been filed by the Applicants for dispensing with the requirement of obtaining an Inventory Order in respect of Locker No.0DA0100701 maintained at Bank of Baroda, Kandivali (East) Branch.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The correction in prayer clause (b) is permitted to be carried out in the presence of the Court and is ratified by the Court. 6.

Applicants have averred that they are already in the knowhow and knowledge about the contents of the concerned locker and have access to the same.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and amended prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out with respect to grant of prayer clause (b) within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 8.

Department is directed to allow Applicants to carry out necessary amendment in Petition No.4462 of 2024. 9.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
