Learned Counsel for the parties submit that since the Learned Arbitrator appointed by an Order dated March 13, 2025 has recused from the matter, they have consensus on substitution of the arbitrator. 2.

In these circumstances, the earlier Arbitrator is hereby substituted by Justice M.G. Gaikwad, Former Judge of the Bombay High Court as the substitute Sole Arbitrator. 3.
