Interim Application 4500 of 2025 1.

After the matter is heard for a brief while, it emerges that the Interim Application can be allowed on the basis that the claim of Mr. Lanjekar's client viz. four crew claims (totalling to Rs. 2,19,91,452/-) filed by the letter dated 12th November, 2024 are secured, subject of course to proving the same.

Mr. Hariani, learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator has no objection.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to relieve the Applicant from its Substituted Undertaking dated 23rd January, 2025 issued by it pursuant to Order dated 19 December 2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

(b) in pursuance of prayer clause (a), upon such release, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct that the Substituted Undertaking dated 23rd January 2025- issued by the Applicant to this Hon'ble Court be returned to the Applicant for cancellation."
