The Interim Application has been preferred seeking restoration of the Caveat which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has secured the interest of the Caveator by moving a Judges Order which has been accepted. He submits that the Petitioner accepts the Chavan 1 of

59-IA-4525-2025.doc caveatable interest of the present Applicant/Caveator, who is the grand son of the deceased. In view of the same, there is no necessity of restoration of the Caveat as there is a recognition of the caveatable interest of the Applicant as legal heir of the deceased. In view thereof, Interim Application stands disposed of. Testamentary Petition to proceed for grant.
