When the matter is called out, Mr. Naronha, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Interim Application seeks lifting/raising of the attachment of the subject premises and to permit the Applicant bank to proceed under SARFAESI Act. Mr. Naronha submits that the Applicant bank is a secured creditor and that, therefore, this Court may consider lifting the attachment. 2.

Mr. Mane, learned Counsel appears for the Judgment Creditor/ Execution Applicant and seeks some time to file reply in the matter submitting that he is led by Mr. Narula.
