At the threshold, a clarification was sought as to whether the Plaintiff would have objections on the premise that I had been a Journalist with the Times of India between 1994 and 1998. He states that there would be no objection for this Bench considering the matter. 2.

Interim Application No. 4668 of 2025 seeks to effect November 13, 2025 Shraddha

27-S-303-2024==.doc amendments to plaint to bring on record subsequent developments and address pleadings on the same. The Defendant has no objection to the application being allowed, if the amended plaint be served on the Defendant within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order on the website of this Court. Replies shall be filed within the statutory deadlines to the amended plaint. The Interim Application No. 4668 of 2025 is finally disposed of.

The Suit and connected Interim Applications be listed on December 12, 2025.
