INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 4779 OF 2025:

1. The applicant - Mr. Anthony Joseph Fernandes has filed this Interim Application praying for intervention in the proceedings of the aforesaid Writ Petition.

2. We have heard Mr. Balsara, learned counsel for the applicant/intervener for some time and the learned counsel appearing for the parties on the Writ Petition.

3. After this interim application was argued for some time, Mr. Balsara fairly states that the applicant would withdraw this Interim Application with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings. The Interim application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.

WRIT PETITION (L) NO. 21025 OF 2025 :

4. Despite a clear order dated 21st July 2025, reply affidavits are not filed within the time limits. As a matter of last opportunity to the respondents, we extend the time by two weeks from today. There shall be no further adjournment.

5. Let the reply affidavits be served in advance on the learned counsel for the petitioner. Permission to file rejoinder.

6. The parties are put to notice that on the adjourned date of hearing

the Court shall proceed to hear the parties and in the light of the observations as made by the Court in the detailed order dated 21st July 2025.

7. Ad-interim order passed earlier shall continue to operate till further orders.

8. Stand over to 29th September 2025.
