Mr. Rajasekhar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 & 4 points out that the affidavit in reply on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 & 4 has been served upon Kiran Kawre

Despite this Mr. Shenoy, appearing in person has disputed receipt of such affidavit in reply. A copy of the affidavit is therefore furnished to him in Court today. Reply affidavit to be filed in the Registry. 2.

Mr. Shenoy seeks and granted two weeks time to file rejoinder. 3.

Mr. Raheshekhar submits that Respondent Nos.3 & 4 have also filed their Independent Application being Interim Application No. 35461 of 2025. A copy of the Interim Application is served upon Applicant (in person) in Court today. Hence, he requests the matter be listed along with the captioned Interim Application on the next date.
