After the Appeal was argued for sometime, the Appellant, who is a party appearing in-person, sought leave to withdraw the above Appeal and requested that liberty be granted to the Appellant to approach the Official Assignee for appointing a suitable lawyer on his behalf from the Legal Aid so as to assist the Court in the Insolvency proceedings as well as in the Execution Application filed by Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 herein. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

We grant liberty to the Appellant - party appearing in-person to make a request to the Official Assignee for appointing a lawyer on his behalf from the Legal Aid. Once that representation is made, the Official Assignee shall put that representation for consideration before the learned Insolvency Court. 4.

In view of dismissal of the Appeal, all Interim Applications therein do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.
