This is post grant amendment Application. Schedule of assets is appended as 'Schedule-I' at Exhibit-C, page No.20 which is the proposed amendment. I have perused the Application. There can be no impediment in allowing the post grant amendment application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Department will allow the necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 5.
The old Grant shall be submitted immediately after the amendment is carried out.

Registry / Department shall accept the same forthwith. From the date of acceptance of old Grant within a period of two weeks, the fresh Grant alongwith the amendment which has been allowed by this order shall be carried out and handed over to the Advocate for Applicant without recourse to this Court or without raising any objection.
