When the matter is called out, Ms. Sharma, learned Counsel, appears for the owners of the Defendant-vessel and submits that she has instructions to submit that the Interim Application seeking amendment to the Plaint be allowed.

Ms. Brahma, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant/ Plaintiff submits that as directed rejoinder has been filed and served and that in view of the submissions made on behalf of the vessel owners, this Court may allow the Interim Application. 3.
Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Let the amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Let the amended proceedings be served on the others in two weeks thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. 6.
