Mr.Aditya Joshi, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and draws this Court's attention to paragraphs 3 to 6 of the application and submits that the application be allowed.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused paragraphs 3 to 6 of the application, for the reasons set out in the said paragraphs, this Court is inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a).

Let the publication be effected within a period of four weeks in two newspapers - one English and one Marathi, circulating in the area where the said Defendants reside or carry on business and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed.

The application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
