Heard Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the plaintiff. After hearing, the Court is satisfied that prayer sought for substituted service upon defendant no.5 is required to be allowed. The plaintiff is directed to affix the writ of summons at the place designated by this Court in its premises. The plaintiff is also directed to serve a writ of summons by giving advertisement in two newspapers i.e., one in regional language and another in English language.
