This Court is informed that other than Defendant No. 10, all the other (ten) Defendants have taken out Interim Applications seeking condonation of delay in filing their respective Written Statements. 2.

By an earlier order dated 19th September 2025, this Court has also recorded the aforesaid position and already placed the said Interim Applications for hearing on 14th November 2025. 3.

Ms. Nukshinaro, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Defendant Nos. 1 to 5 and submits that in addition to the Interim Applications that are mentioned in the said order dated 19th September 2025, there are further Interim Applications, viz. (i) Interim Application (L) No. 28036 of 2025; (ii) Interim Application (L) No. 27625 of 2025 and Interim Application (L) No. 27587 of 2025, that have been taken out by her clients seeking similar reliefs and which Interim Applications should also be placed on board for hearing with the other Interim Applications on 14th November 2025. 4.

Ms. Athavale, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Defendant 2/3

No. 11 makes a similar request. She submits that Interim Application No. 2368 of 2025 taken out by her clients should also be listed on 14th November 2025, together with the other Interim Applications. Let this Interim Application also be listed on 14th November 2025. 5.

Registry shall list the above-mentioned four Interim Applications together with the other Interim Applications, set out in the order dated 19 th September 2025 passed by this Court, on 14th November 2025. Parties are permitted to file their respective replies/rejoinders, if any, in all these Interim Applications before the next date.
