By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the present Interim Application and has prayed for restoration of the Petition to the file of this Court which came to be dismissed for non prosecution.

After having perused the Application, we condone the delay and restore the Petition to the file of this Court subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited with the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a period of one week from today. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The Applicant/Petitioner shall remove all office objections, if any, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.
At this stage, the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner seeks leave to amend the Petition.

Let amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
