The matter was placed on Board, pursuant to the same being mentioned by learned counsel for the Applicant. The grievance of the learned counsel is that despite two orders of this Court, the Sales Certificate has not been issued. The Receiver is present in Court today and have explained me the reasons why time was taken to issue Sales Certificate. However, I am assured that the same would be issued within a period of two weeks from today i.e. on or before 7 th March, 2026.
