On the previous occasion, the matter was stood over today to enable the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Defendant Nos.1, 3, 4 and 5 to ascertain whether the keys of the said premises in question were in his clients' custody. Learned counsel has today submitted a set of keys, however, pointed out that the premises in question have now been amalgamated. A copy of the keys is handed over to the Court Receiver in Court today.

The Court Receiver shall, on a written request by the Applicant-Bank, provide inspection and access, giving adequate notice to all concerned. 3.
Since the Applicant-Bank submits that they have a ready purchaser for the said premises.
