Heard Mr. Shinde, learned Advocate for Applicants / Org. Caveatrices and Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Present Interim Application seeks condonation of delay of 110 days in filing the Caveat and registration of Caveat. 3.

Perused the Application. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Needless to state that condonation of delay will not amount to this Court considering

Mr. Jain informs the Court that issuance of grant is sought on the basis of the Will of deceased bequeathing the entire legacy to the beneficiary who is the second wife of deceased. He would submit that since long Caveatrices (first wife and her daughter) were separated and were living separately. He would submit that he will file appropriate Application seeking dismissal of Caveat within a period of three weeks from today. Copy of the same shall be served on Caveatrices. Reply is to be filed within a period of one week thereafter. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter. 5.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed in the above terms. 6.
