(6) of the operative part of the Order directed listing of this matter for reporting compliance on today's board. Accordingly, the matter is listed. Vide the Order dated 8th September, 2025, the Applicant was permitted to travel abroad from 10th September, 2025 to 21st September, 2025. 2) However, the Applicant could not travel because on 9th September, 2025 he fell sick. The Applicant has filed an Affidavit 1/2
Manoj 2-IA-5150-2025.doc mentioning this fact and also mentioning that he could not travel abroad pursuant to the permission granted vide the Order dated 8th September, 2025. The Affidavit is taken on record. Therefore, there is compliance of Clause (6) of the operative part of the said Order. 3) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that Clause 1(v) of the operative part mentions that the Applicant's mother had deposited her passport with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court and it was directed to be retained in that custody till the Applicant returned to India. Learned Counsel submitted that since the Applicant is in India, his mother's passport be directed to be returned to her. 4) Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has no objection for returning that passport.
5) In view of this, it is directed that the Applicant's mother's passport be returned to her. No further Orders are necessary and the Application is finally disposed of.
