This Interim Application seeks amendment of the Execution Application as contained in the Schedule of Amendment at Exhibit K. ARTI VILAS KHATATE by ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date:

After having heard the learned Counsel for a while, this Court is of the view that the amendment be allowed.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :

"(a) That the Applicant be permitted to (i) implead name of Brijest Satish Dattani as Respondent No.1(D) and (ii) amend Column "J" of the above Execution Application as per Schedule of Amendment Exhibit "K" hereto and delay, if any, be condoned in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

The Interim Application stands disposed as above. 5.

Liberty to move the department for issuance of warrants etc. 6.

Let office objections to the Commercial Execution Application be removed and registered number be obtained within a period of four weeks.
