This Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heir of Defendant No. 1 Gulamhussein Abdulaziz Karim who passed away on 2nd August, 2025 leaving behind his widow and his sons. His sons are already on record as Defendant Nos. 2 and 3. This Application has been filed to bring on record the widow of the deceased who is not on record. 2.

I have perused the Interim Application. I see no impediment in allowing this Application.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer (a) which reads as under :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Plaintiffs to carry out the amendments as per the Schedule annexed hereto along with all consequential amendments thereto;" 4.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 26th September, 2025 and an amended copy of the Plaint be served on the other parties. Reverification is dispensed with.
