This interim application has been filed for extending the time prescribed by this Court in its order dated 11th September 2023 passed in Public Interest Litigation (L) No. 33884 of 2022. 2.

Mr. Aspi Chinoy, the learned senior counsel for the applicant refers to the schedule/timeline reproduced in the order dated

PDP 912-IA-5225-2025.doc 11th August 2023 and submits that the final direction issued by this Court in the order dated 11th September 2023, as indicated in that order, could not be complied by the applicant-Company in view of a subsequent development whereunder the allotment to the applicantCompany was cancelled by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
