Heard Ms. Todankar, learned Advocate for Applicants. 2.

Perused the Interim Applications. In view of the averments made in paragraph Nos. 8 to 10 of the Interim Application, there can be no impediment in allowing the same for bringing legal heirs of the deceased on record. After the legal heirs of the deceased are brought on record, Petition will be maintainable. This is the objection raised by Department. In that view of the matter, the objection raised in the requisition dated 13.01.2020 stands dispensed with. 3.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Delay in filing the Application stands condoned in view of the

45. IA-5226-25.odt exigency mentioned in the Application. Amendment is permitted to be carried out as per schedule annexed within a period of four weeks from today online as well as offline . Reverification stands dispensed with in both the cases. Department shall not raise any objection for carrying out the amendment.
