This Interim Application has been filed seeking amendment of the Plaint in light of the final Award dated 7th October, 2020 passed under Section 23 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2.

By way of this amendment, the Plaintiff seeks to bring the said Award on record and also seeks amendments consequential thereto. Mansi Shelke

I have perused the documents, including the Award dated 7th October, 2020 as also the Schedule to the Interim Application. 4.

In my view, there is no impediment in allowing this amendment, which in any case is a pre-trial amendment.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :

"a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the Suit in accordance with the Schedule annexed hereto."

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be no order as to costs.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today and an amended copy of the Plaint be served on all the Defendants.
