This Interim Application has been filed to delete the name of Plaintiff No.1, who passed away on 30th January, 2022. The Plaintiff Nos. 1, 2 and 3 have filed this Suit in their capacity as executors of the Will, and, Mansi Shelke

sr.28-ia-5427-2025.doc therefore, the question of bringing any legal heirs of Plaintiff No.1 on record does not arise.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer (a) which reads as under :
