As more particularly recorded in the order dated 17th January 2026, a last chance was given to the Respondents to file their Reply to this Interim Application, on or before 23rd January 2026. 2.

Despite this indulgence, Reply has not been filed within the prescribed time.

Mr. Mihir Nerurkar, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondents, seeks an extension of time, stating that his clients' Reply is ready and seeks leave to file the same.

Considering the earlier orders, the Respondents are permitted to file and serve their Reply, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 25,000/- to the Applicant, on or before 4th March 2026, if this Reply is filed upon compliance and payment of costs. Rejoinder, thereto, shall be filed and

served, on or before 13th March 2026.

Stand over to 23rd March 2026 for further consideration. Interim Application no. 5430 of 2025 6.

By this Interim Application, the Applicant - Ms. Aruna Jitendra Shah, seeks impleadment in the captioned suit as a party Defendant no. 6. 7.

Mr. Sachin Ramrao Pawar, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Plaintiff, states that his client has no objection to the same and considering this, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the Plaintiff shall implead the Applicant as a party Defendant no. 6 to the present suit and amend the plaint accordingly. 8.

This amendment shall be carried out, on or before 4th March 2026 and a copy of the amended plaint shall be served, along with pending Interim Applications, on or before 6th March 2026. 9.

The Plaintiff shall also amend the Interim Application (L) no. 5995 of 2023 to implead the Applicant as Defendant no. 6/Respondent no. 6 therein.

The newly added Respondent no. 6 shall file and serve her Reply to Interim Application (L) no. 5995 of 2023, on or before 13th March 2026. Rejoinder, if any, thereto shall be filed and served, on or before 18th March

2026.

Stand over to 23rd March 2026.

Interim Application no. 5430 of 2025 is disposed of in terms of the above order.
