The captioned Interim Application seeks the following relief: "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to the Applicant to amend its pleadings in the present Suit in terms of the Schedule annexed hereto and bring Mankind Pharma Limited on record as the Defendant to the present Suit, without prejudice to Notice of Motion No. 66 of 2015 and Leave Petition No.293 of 2014 and the Orders passed therein and in the Suit; (b) that all consequential amendments be allowed to be carried out accordingly;" 2.

Mr. Dhankar, leanred counsel for the Defendnat has taken a fair stand and does not oppose. Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), as extracted above.
