By these Applications, the Applicant is seeking deletion of the Plaintiff No. 1(II) and the Defendant No. 4 from the cause title. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants including the Defendant No.4 has no objection if the Applications are allowed. 3.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, this Court is of the view that the Applications be allowed in terms of the respective prayer Clauses (a) of the Applications, which read thus:- "a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the amendment as per the 'Schedule' annexed hereto."

Let the amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks. Let the amended proceedings be served upon others and appropriate affidavits of service be filed.

The Interim Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed as above.
