I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.1 and 2 of the Interim Application, the delay in filing the present Interim Application of 548 days stands condoned. Considering the fact that Caveatrix stays in New Zealand. Further the delay of 18 days in filing the Affidavit in support of Caveat is also condoned in the interest of justice.

In addition thereto Applicant is also permitted to amend the Schedule as per the Schedule of Amendment appended at Exhibit 'A' to the Application. Necessary amendment is allowed. Department shall permit Applicant to carry out the amendment as per Schedule of Amendment within a period of three (3) weeks from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. 5.

Thereafter the Caveat shall be proceeded with by the Department in accordance with law.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed in the above terms.
