The captioned interim application is taken out for condonation of delay of 1157 days in lodging of the claim of the Applicant with the Official Liquidator. A very fair stand has been taken by Ms Agarwal learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator. Ms Agarwal does not oppose the condonation of delay but clarifies that the claim of the Applicant shall be considered on its own merits.
