Upon perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the eleven properties are being registered with respective Sub-registrar of Assurances. The original title deeds of eleven properties be taken in the custody of this Authority and intimation of the same be given to the respective Sub-registrar of Assurances; so that the office of Sub-registrar would take entry in the Index for avoiding illegal transfer of properties.

Office to give photocopies of title deeds of eleven properties to the Advocate for Applicant by endorsing thereupon that the original is deposited with this office.

Thus, directions given by the Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 07.01.2026 are complied with.
