By the said order, the Hon'ble Court directed this Authority to satisfy about the veracity of the original title deeds pertaining to 11 immovable properties.

Ms. C.M. Vaidya, Master & Asstt. Prothonotary (Judl.) is hereby directed to take original Title Deeds of 11 immovable properties in custody and to take appropriate steps to verify the status of registration of properties with respective office of Sub-Registrar and submit report accordingly.
