This is an application seeking post grant amendment to the Succession Certificate granted on 12th July, 2022 in respect of debts and securities of mother of the Applicants who expired on 11th June, 2002.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that after obtaining the succession certificate, the Applicants realized that through oversight there were several mistakes in the folio numbers, certificate numbers, distinctive numbers and the total number of shares along with the names of holding of few shares, in several entries in the Schedule of Securities of the Petition and consequently in the Vishal Parekar This is a corrected order as per Speaking to Minutes order dated 18-11-25. 1 of

13-ia-5613-2025.doc succession certificate dated 12th July, 2022. He would further submit that certain units remained to be mentioned in the Schedule of the Petition. Hence, the amendment is sought.

The Schedule of Amendment which is annexed at Exhibit A shows that proposed amendment is in respect of distinctive numbers, and the number of shares of the deceased and Exhibit B is in respect of list of securities in the name of the deceased which remained inadvertently to be included in the Schedule of Assets appended to Testamentary Petition. The proposed amendments are in the nature of corrections of clerical error, hence, can be allowed. 4.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) of the Application.

Necessary amendment to be carried out in the Schedule I of the Testamentary Petition in accordance with Exhibit A and B of the present Application.

6.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. 7.

Post amendment grant expedited.
