Present Interim Application is filed by Applicants seeking amendment to Schedule-I of the Petition. Schedule No-I is appended at page No.16 of the Interim Application. Draft amendment is appended at Exhibit 'F' - page No.37 of the Interim Application. 3.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b'.

Applicants are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment to Schedule-I. Amendment is granted by the Court. Reverification stands dispensed with. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Department shall allow the amendment to be carried out.

Original Grant shall be deposited in the Testamentary Department immediately after amendment is carried out. Department shall accept the same forthwith. Thereafter within one week, Department is directed to carry out the amendment and give the amended Grant to Applicant without fail.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
