Pursuant to the order dated 15th October, 2025, today when the matter is called out, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant as well as for the Respondent-Judgment Debtor submit that the Bailiff has taken the inventory of movables at the residential premises known as Jaiguru Bungalow, Road No.2, Pandurang Wadi, Goregaon (W), Mumbai-400 063 has been taken and that the warrant of attachment dated 25th October, 2024 issued under Order XXI Rule 43 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been executed. Learned Counsel submit that accordingly the Interim Application be disposed of. 2.
