The captioned interim applications seek condonation of delay in filing of the affidavit of proof of debts by the respective Applicants before the Official Liquidator. Ms Agarwal has very fairly submitted that the Official Liquidator does not wish to oppose the condonation of delay but clarifies that the respective claims when filed shall be considered on merits.
