The present Interim Application seeks certain payments towards invoices raised by the Applicant for providing security services to the Official Liquidator. Today, there is some dispute as to whether these amounts are to be borne by the Official Liquidator or by the contributories. 2.
Learned counsel Mr. Shah, has entered appearance on behalf of the contributories today and today his grievance is that he has not been served with the Interim Application. He points out that though served with a copy of the Interim Application, the contributories are not party. 3.
Hence, in this view Mr. Pimple, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant undertakes to implead the contributories as party to the Interim Application. He has granted leave to do so.

Let such amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with.

Stand over to 10 th October 2025.

In the event, contributories is desirous to file any affidavit, let the same be filed on or before the next date.
