1.

Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Contributory has today sought permission to undertake the task of removal of grass and bushes etc., and to dispose of the material generated in the course of such exercise from the site in question, namely the premises of Shree Shakti th Mills Ltd. Mr. Khandeparkar has invited my attention to an order dated 17 January 2025, by which this Court had permitted such exercise. However, this was pursuant to a report filed by the Official Liquidator at that time. 2.

Mr. Engineer, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator joins in the request made by Mr. Khandeparkar. 3.

Given this, I see no reason why the request of Mr. Khandeparkar's client ought not to be allowed. The contributory is therefore permitted to undertake such exercise as is required for clearing the grass, shrubs and undergrowth th January 2025.

which is today on the said site, in terms of order dated 17
