The Plaintiff and the Defendant Nos. 14 & 15 ("Sisters") shall take the necessary steps for cancellation of the Conveyance dated 19th March, Mohite 1/2

901 ial30760-25.doc 2024 as mentioned in Interim Application (L) No. 30760 of 2025 ("said Conveyance") within 6 weeks from today.

The Plaintiff and Sisters further undertake that the Plaintiff and Sisters shall not act upon the said Conveyance until the same is cancelled as mentioned hereinabove.

The aforesaid steps are required to be taken to reinstate the subject property (of the interim application) back in the name of Mr. Jamnadas Khimji Kothari.

The Plaintiff and Sisters and Defendant Nos.2 to 4 undertake not to take any steps to transfer or alienate any portion of the lands/building/property whatsoever situated at Kutch which are in the name of Mr. Jamnadas Khimji Kothari and form part of his estate. 5.

Interim Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.

Place the Interim Application on 2nd December, 2025 for Compliance.
