By an Order dated 16th October, 2025 the statement of the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 14 and 15 to the effect they would take the necessary steps for cancellation of the Conveyance dated 19th March, 2024 as mentioned in Interim Application (L) No. 30760 of 2025, within six weeks from that date, was recorded.

This matter has been kept for compliance today. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff informs the Court that they have not been yet been able to obtain cancellation of the said Conveyance as per the statement given by them on 16th October, 2025. The learned counsel for the Plaintiff requests for some more time to get the said Conveyance dated 19th March, 2024 cancelled.

In these circumstances, place this matter for compliance on 6th January, 2026. It is hoped that by that time the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 14 and 15 would have got the said Conveyance cancelled. [FIRDOSH P. POONIWALLA, J.] Mansi Shelke
