In the order dated 16th October 2025, this Court has recorded that the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 14 and 15 would take the necessary ------------------------------------- Order dated 6th January 2026
15. IA/5750/2025 Gita vs. Prabodh steps for cancellation of conveyance dated 19th March 2024 within the period of six weeks from that date. In Paragraph-2, this Court has recorded the undertaking that the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 14 and 15 will not act upon the said conveyance until the same is cancelled. 2.
Today, Mr. Shah, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Plaintiff submits that despite his client's best efforts, till date the necessary documentation for cancellation of conveyance has not yet been executed. On instructions, he states that the purchaser and his Advocates have agreed to execute the necessary documentation which shall be done no later than 3rd February 2026. The statement made by Mr. Shah is noted and accepted by this Court.

As and by way of last indulgence, time is extended for the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 14 and 15 to execute the necessary documentation for cancellation of the conveyance dated 19th March 2024 which shall be done on or before 3rd February 2026. 4.
